The Idaho Dairymen’s Association works to identify and create safety training videos that apply specifically to the work happening on dairy farms.
Some of the topics covered include animal handling, equipment operation, silage safety, and calf care. These videos are available in English and Spanish.
What happens in a training session?
Training videos are presented via iPad
Pre and post effectiveness evaluations are completed
Participant sign-in sheets are filled out
Descriptive training certification documentation is provided to the dairy
