Tanya Hibler serves as the Environmental Services Director for IDA Consulting Services, Inc, a branch of the Idaho Dairymen’s Association. She plays an important role in representing dairymen in the community and organizations aimed at bettering our industry and environment. She assists dairy producers with their on-farm practices by writing nutrient management plans, providing research-based advice, and building relationships between producers and regulatory agencies. IDA Consulting Services, Inc. opens the door for dairymen to answer their environmental questions with staff expertise. IDA has a history of funding environmental research and Tanya’s research background helps her find, cultivate, and develop research projects aimed at answering dairymen’s most important questions.

Tanya graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Plant Science and is a Certified Crop Advisor. She started with IDA in the fall of 2018. Tanya appreciates working outside and states packed sandwiches are best when eaten in the field. She adores working with dairymen and serving the industry.
