Things have come a long way since Ray and Marie Goldbach founded Marathon Cheese in their basement in 1952. The processor opened its Mountain Home, Idaho, location in 2007 and continues to create quality cheese.

Marathon Cheese packages millions of pounds of cheese each year — customizing packaging and orders for clients.
